Ah Europe! I’m pretty sure everyone wants to visit Europe at least once
in their lifetime and you should too considering how full of beauty,
magic and wonder it is. Add to that some of the world’s most
extraordinary landscapes, people and experiences! But with the plethora
of options, which places should you travel to while you’re there. Well,
here’s a list of the Most Amazing Places to Visit in Europe!
Wow, this is such a beautiful place. The Cinque Terre is a gorgeous
national park, which connects five quaint villages. Walking routes
connect the villages and follow the coastline and offer hikes through
gorgeous hills. The villages remain unaffected by tourism, but still
boast of amazing Italian restaurants and hotels. They are also within
easy reach of Pisa, Tuscany and Genoa. I cannot wait to visit here.
Italians are so friendly, and the scenery looks divine! Here are some
other places to visit in Italy.
Another Italian region, Tuscany is simply stunning. The architecture
is divine, and the culture is intense. From the historical center of
Florence to the Cathedral of Pisa, it’s a once in a lifetime experience.
Make sure you check out the nature reserves, and enjoy a few bottles of
the very famous wine!
Since a school trip here, I’ve always wanted to revisit this stunning
city in Switzerland. The city always seems to me like it’s trapped in
time, with it’s untouched fountains and springs everywhere, and a huge
number of waterfalls and valleys. The area is very popular for skiing,
and is surrounded by more small villages. I’d love to revisit here, as
it’s not only of the most amazing places to visit in Europe but in the
entire world!
There are plenty of places to visit in Greece.
White homes and blue domed churches, cliffs, beaches and the Aegean sea
make this a stunning and very popular place to visit. However, there is
more to do here then just sunbathe, and I cannot wait to go back and
check out the caves and culture that make the Greek Islands one of the
best places in Europe.
This is a very quaint town, literally just across a lake from an
Austrian train station. The world’s oldest salt mine is here, and there
are plenty of spots to fish and rent boats to drift up the river.
Situated between Vienna and Salzburg, here is the perfect place for
recuperation before checking out the big cities.
Every list of European holidays includes Rome, simply because it is one of the most amazing European capitals.
From the history to the culture, Rome has a certain magic to it that
everybody should see at least once. I hope to go this Summer, and if you
do too, make sure you check out the Colosseum and the Arch of
Constantine.
I am a big Italy lover, and Venice is another city that is not to be
missed. It has its own share of history, art, and gorgeous buildings,
but the allure comes from the the pedestrian only streets and Gondola
filled rivers. It’s just so kooky, and I cannot wait to visit here
again.
I’ve visited London several times, and I never run out of things to do. It’s one of my favorite places to visit in the UK
and definitely one of the most amazing places to visit in Europe. The
city perfectly captures the essence of British life, and there are
plenty of cafes and restaurants to enjoy. There is also the Natural
History Museum, the tube and, of course, red phone boxes!
One of the most visited places in Europe, Paris obviously has a lot
to offer. From the fashion to the food, there is also the Eiffel Tower
and the Notre Dame. I love the atmosphere here. I spent my first week
here checking out the history and revelling in the old style buildings,
so make sure that you too visit this amazing gorgeous city! .
The capital city of Greece, Athens is filled with scents and sights
that you are sure not to forget easily. Just make sure you devote enough
time as there’s plenty to see, plenty to do, plenty to eat and then
some more. It’s the perfect place to mix exploring and sunbathing! I
cannot wait to visit.
